Moultrie B. Burns, Jr. is a graduate of the University of the South (Sewanee) and a 1972 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law. He clerked for U.S. District Judge Robert F. Chapman. His chief practice areas include Real Estate Transactions, Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, and Business Planning and Formation. Moultrie has served as Chairman of Kershaw Health Foundation, Historic Camden Commission, and the District Heritage Foundation, and Kershaw County Literacy Association. He has also served on the boards of the Kershaw County Chamber of Commerce and the S.C. Episcopal Home at Still Hopes. He is a Rotarian and a Trustee at the University of the South (Sewanee).
